How do we serve you? With several years of expertise in the Supply Chain recruiting discipline, we have access to a network of "A" candidates that runs deep and wide, and a tenacious & expeditious recruiting process.
Step 1
Conduct an in-depth interview with Hiring Managers and/or internal Recruiting in order to get a complete understanding of the position, requirements/preferences, company culture, salary & benefits, recruitment/interview process, negotiation process and successful cycle.
Step 2
The search begins!
Step 3
After potential candidates are identified and thoroughly vetted, each candidate's resume and written summary (relocation requirements, if any; current salary & expectations; skills and experience that outline why they are a good fit for your position(s)) is provided to the client for review.
Step 4
Upon the Hiring Manager's and/or internal Recruiting's approval of the candidate, we can assist in setting up phone and on site interviews.
Step 5
If an offer is extended, we can assist in the extension and/or negotiation process.
NOTE: Each clients' needs differ, and we can assist as much as desired with reference and background checks, checking desired metrics & skill set requirements per the company's Human Resources department, etc.
