Laura has been in the Recruiting, Talent Acquisition & Retention space specific to the Supply Chain industry for over 15 years.  For the past 5 years, she has been a full-time Contractor for Nike, Estee Lauder Companies and Novolex.  Previously, Laura has helped build teams with NBCUniversal, Sony Pictures, Univision, Suntrust, Procurian (Accenture), Denali Group, and several Private Equity firms.  Additionally, she has worked for boutique and consulting firms internally, and formed Laidir Partners, LLC in 2006.  "Laidir" means STRONG in the Gaelic languages, and with her partial Irish heritage, was fitting for the name of the company and its philosophies. She has helped companies from mid-market to Fortune 500 build top-notch organizations and is well-known in the industry.
